Our Editorial Team is excited to announce that we are growing and looking for an Editorial Assistant to join us in our NYC office. As an Editorial Assistant working in the heart of New York City, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple brands and collaborate with our cross functional teams. As a member of our Editorial team, you’ll do much more than eliminate the spelling, grammatical, and punctuation errors; we are interested in editors who ultimately help craft clear and precise scientific material.

What You Can Expect Day-to-Day (Essential Duties)
Editorial Assistants support all editorial-related needs and perform a variety of proofreading, client submission, and general support duties including light editing, spell checks, and routing documents clean. You will author slide decks for Health Care Providers/payer audiences and create content including: brochures & leave behinds, monographs, and core value/clinical presentations. You are savvy working with various media including PDF, PowerPoint, Word, and digital files. You will serve as the Editorial point person for medical/legal/regulatory submission preparation.
Recent college graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or similar field
Internship experience in journalism, publishing and newspaper fields preferred
Deadline driven; able to juggle several priorities simultaneously
Familiar with Chicago or AMA style of writing
